The Monitoring Time is the time ClickLess waits before changing the focus from one window to another.

When you click on this menu item a dialog box will appear,

Drag the slider to set the time ClickLess will take to make a window active. You can choose a value between 100 ms and 1000 ms. It's up to you to decide the time you want, but we recommend to set it at 100 ms (faster). The chosen value will remain until it's changed again.
